Remedy 1-
Take a shower. Take a shower. Take a shower. Even if you already had one recently. Preferably a steam shower. (Better solution is a steam sauna and shower combo if you have access to a gym with a fancy locker room.) I know you and you always feel better after a hot shower.
Remedy 2-
Change your clothes. Chances are what you are wearing doesn't feel good.
Remedy 3-
Stretch out your posture. Are you hunched? It's just adding to the gross-ness feeling.
