Remedy 1-
Take a shower. Take a shower. Take a shower. Even if you already had one recently. Preferably a steam shower. (Better solution is a steam sauna and shower combo if you have access to a gym with a fancy locker room.) I know you and you always feel better after a hot shower.

Change your clothes. Chances are what you are wearing doesn't feel good.
Remedy 3-
Stretch out your posture. Are you hunched? It's just adding to the gross-ness feeling.

"My house is a mess"
Issue: Your house feels out of control and cluttered.
Remedy Steps-
Start with a 15 minute blitz focusing on just putting items away. Then do 4 things
1) Vaccum
2) Dust
3) Dishes
4) Take a shower
You can do all this in just an hour. Go in and get out.

"I'm Overwhelmed"
Issue: I can't move on anything because I'm overwhelmed.
Remedy 1: Turn on the timer on your phone for 15 minutes and pick one thing to do.
Remedy 2: Get out your brain drain journal and write anything that comes to mind down for 3 pages.
Remedy 3: Do a physical chore outside like sweeping, watering, taking out trash....

When you are overwhelmed you do need to take an action towards something productive because behind being over whelmed it's what you really want to do. It's very easy when you feel this way to do default avoiding or numbing which can be:
Remedy 1: Turn on the timer on your phone for 15 minutes and pick one thing to do.

If you find yourself doing any of the above things chances are you are overwhelmed and the remedy is simple just try the above solutions that have worked for us in the past. I love you and I'm sorry you are feeling this way today.

Remedy Steps
1. Take it easy and rest
2. Try not to beat yourself up all day or feel bad, just keep it moving.
3. This is not the time to make promises to yourself about extremes of what you will and won't do in some future situation, no extreme thinking or "deals."
4. Ho'pono pono yourself today.
5. Take some liver/spleen Chinese medicine for support.
6. Go to bed early

I wanted to remind you of a few things that get lost when cravings come. If you give into the craving, it's not just that you may be tired tomorrow it's that you will most likely have a lost day. Your moods will be short, your appetite will be off, your mind will be foggy. It's not that you are hung over because maybe you only had two...but two and sometimes one can leave you at not your best. Little things will bother you and you will feel helpless to change them because you are off. You will not be in your flow and your vibration will be low. You know you don't like those days. And not liking those days, by now, should be stringer then the craving. THEY ARE AWFUL. Those are my notes.

Fact - If you drink one glass of wine every day for a year you will gain 10lbs that year. Maybe more because you will also watch TV and eat and be tired tomorrow.

Issue: I'm resistant to working.
Remind your self you wish to work with ease.
Solution 1 - Go spend 30 minutes not working but "with your work" look it over, organize a little or pick one back end job that hasn't been done yet. Ease into your ease.
Solution 2 - Give music a try- pick a pandora station that represents the way you want to feel or that will move your feelings into ease.
